Originally, the Web Historian hosted websites covering various historical subjects. If you were looking for information on British history, especially on smaller and more localised subjects, then you could come in and look around. The sites were all written and maintained by keen amateur historians.
Unfortunately, this website is no more – but in its place we hope to bring interesting stories and articles about a wide range of subjects.
